Week 8, Day 2

Breakfast - oatmeal but no raisins

Lunch: leftover black bean layers using riced cauliflower for rice for P and D and fried eggs and reheated riced cauliflower for C and I

Dinner: taco salad

Prep ahead: making bread

Made "best chocolate chip cookie recipe" dough - it must sit overnight at least overnight in fridge and since we want to see if it really is the best as it says, we have to follow the instructions

Phyllis made chocolate chip cookies (our usual recipe) but something went wrong and they are a little odd but still will probably get eaten.)
