We had oatmeal and canned fruit for breakfast. I remember hating that my mom made us eat cracked wheat and home canned peaches every day for so long. Will my kids have such memories? I hope not. They seem to like oatmeal.
For lunch Cressida and I were out and I had only eaten a couple bites of Cressida's oatmeal that she didn't finish for breakfast. So we were out in Campbell - not close to home. We ate oat. She had a crepe and I had an open face mozzarella melt. We each at half of each others. It was $18.89 bringing me to a total of $106.11 for the week left to spend. But my meal plan is cheap so I am optimistic.
M - Beaker Soup (need carrots and celery and bouillon)
T - Baked Ziti (have everything)
W - Potato Soup - (need potatoes)
Th - THANKSGIVING so not on the meal plan (joining Larry - not sure what we should bring)
F - Oregano Chicken
S - Beaker Soup
Su - Black Bean layers or leftovers

I lost the Real Produce receipt. But we got beets, bell peppers, two pounds of campari tomatoes and broccoli.
Dinner tonight is Fiesta Taco Bake. Jason and I used to eat this a lot. The kids have never had it. Jason made it because I was shopping until late. Yay!! Eating food i didn't cook and I do not have to feel bad about the spendy.
We ate the Fiesta Taco Bake with sliced tomatoes on the side. These were inhaled. Phyllis ate three bowls of the casserole. The other two did not like it, even when they knew there was going to be dessert. Dai didn't even touch hers. Cressida ate a couple bites.
