Breakfast: Jason, Phyllis and I had scrambled eggs with tomatoes and peppers. The roasted peppers are now gone. Cressida and Daitarih and Phyllis had oatmeal. Yes, Phyllis had both.
Lunch: Phyllis had refried beans with cheese. Dai and Cress had turkey sandwiches. Each girl had some plums - they are all but gone now. All three had cucumber slices, using up the last CSA cucumber. All three had broccoli with one dip or another. Jason took refried beans and shredded pork for burritos. He will have to go get tortillas, though. He also has one small yellow squash cut into quarters, the last two pieces of the CSA broccoli and four carrots, peeled and cut into sticks. He said, "This is a lot of produce." It is, but I imagine he will eat it still.
After school snack: I had kind of forgotten about this - but the girls didn't let me forget long. We had popcorn.
Dinner: cobre valley casserole per Phyllis's request. I had the other half pound of hamburger to use up from when I last made it so this worked out well. We also had seasoned cucumbers (vinegar, Lawry's, pepper) and steamed CSA squash that was probably from the week before last.
