Breakfast: leftover oatmeal - except me who had the last of the cream of wheat cereal because we used up the oatmeal.
Lunch: Jason took the last of the soup, celery and carrot sticks (I made them because he was headed out the door with no vegetables and a "But the soup is mostly peppers" comment) and banana bread. Dai had a boiled egg. Cressida had a PBH. Phyllis had a turkey sandwich. Cress had green beans, apple and a tomato. The other two packed their own lunches after I left early to do the church audit, so I am not exactly sure what they had. I had tomato sandwiches and banana bread with cream cheese.
After school snack: strawberries
Dinner: Tomato and cucumber salad and two boiled eggs each. This salad was thinly sliced cucumbers and onion plus chunks of tomatoes. The dressing was different but it called for sunflower oil, which I did not have, so I used the remnant of yesterday's dressing. We also had cucumber spears. It was just too hot to cook. I think Jason wasn't totally pleased, but he didn't say anything. Dai made the blueberry iced tea today.
